What applies across every vendor
Warranty and RMA. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, a minimum of 12 months and longer on ranges where the manufacturer provides it. We handle the RMA process ourselves rather than routing you to a vendor helpdesk. Extended cover is available across all five ranges.
Public sector procurement. EuroBusiness Products is a supplier on the Low Value Purchase System (RM6237), the dynamic purchasing system operated by the UK Government Commercial Agency, formerly Crown Commercial Service. RM6237 is open to all UK public sector bodies and their associated agencies.
Beyond the online catalogue. Over 41,000 product lines are listed for immediate ordering, and more than 300,000 are available to order through authorised distribution. If a product is not listed, send us the part number and we will source it and quote.
