What we supply
PowerEdge servers. Precision workstations. Mobile and fixed workstations for CAD, BIM, GIS, video production, rendering and simulation, with NVIDIA RTX professional graphics. This includes the current Dell Pro Max range — Dell's 2025 naming for its workstation line, which buyers still search for as Precision.
OptiPlex desktops. Micro, small-form-factor and tower chassis for office estates, with the Micro format suited to VESA mounting behind a monitor where desk space is short.
Storage, networking and displays. PowerVault direct-attached and entry storage, PowerSwitch networking, and UltraSharp monitors for colour-critical and multi-display desk setups.

EuroBusiness Products is a supplier on the Low Value Purchase System (RM6237), the dynamic purchasing system operated by the UK Government Commercial Agency, formerly Crown Commercial Service. For schools, colleges, NHS trusts and local authorities this provides an established route to Dell hardware without running a separate procurement exercise.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment and delivered within 3–5 working days anywhere in the UK on a tracked courier service. Serial numbers are recorded at dispatch for asset registers. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 07:00–20:00, excluding bank holidays. A £25 surcharge applies to postcodes couriers classify as hard-to-reach, and we will contact you before applying it.
Configure-to-order builds take 7–10 working days. PowerEdge and Precision builds are built to a specification rather than held in stock, so allow 7–10 working days from order against the 3–5 for stocked lines. We confirm the date when we quote.
Warranty and support
All hardware is supplied with the manufacturer's warranty — a minimum of 12 months, and longer on ranges where the manufacturer provides it. Ask us for the term on a specific line and we will confirm it before you order.
We handle the RMA process ourselves. If something fails in warranty, you raise it with us and we manage the return and replacement through the manufacturer or distributor. You are not handed a case number and sent to a vendor helpdesk to chase it yourself, which on a deployed fleet or a server in production is the part that actually costs time.
Extended cover is available. We supply Dell ProSupport and ProSupport Plus, so support can be extended beyond the standard term and matched to a refresh cycle. Ask for it to be quoted alongside the hardware rather than afterwards.
