What we supply

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment and delivered within 3–5 working days anywhere in the UK on a tracked courier service. Serial numbers and IMEI numbers are recorded at dispatch, which matters for asset registers and insurance. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 07:00–20:00, excluding bank holidays. A £25 surcharge applies to postcodes couriers classify as hard-to-reach; we will contact you before applying it.
Configure-to-order builds take 7–10 working days. ThinkStation and ThinkSystem builds are built to a specification rather than held in stock, so allow 7–10 working days from order against the 3–5 for stocked lines. We confirm the date when we quote.
Warranty and support
All hardware is supplied with the manufacturer's warranty — a minimum of 12 months, and longer on ranges where the manufacturer provides it. Ask us for the term on a specific line and we will confirm it before you order.
We handle the RMA process ourselves. If something fails in warranty, you raise it with us and we manage the return and replacement through the manufacturer or distributor. You are not handed a case number and sent to a vendor helpdesk to chase it yourself, which on a deployed fleet or a server in production is the part that actually costs time.
Extended cover is available. We supply Lenovo Premier Support and warranty upgrades, so support can be extended beyond the standard term and matched to a refresh cycle. Ask for it to be quoted alongside the hardware rather than afterwards.
