We source through authorised distributor channels, so ProLiant servers, HPE Aruba Networking switches and HPE storage arrive with full manufacturer provenance and standard HPE warranty entitlement.

What we supply
ProLiant servers. DL-series rack servers for virtualisation, database and consolidation workloads, ML-series towers for branch offices and smaller sites, and the drives, memory, power supplies and controllers needed to complete or expand a build. Server refreshes usually stall on a missing caddy or the wrong DIMM rank, so we hold the surrounding parts alongside the chassis.
HPE Aruba Networking. Managed switching from Instant On for small sites through to the CX range for campus and core, plus access points, PoE+ switching for phone and camera deployments, and the transceivers and direct-attach cables that go with them.
Storage. Entry and midrange arrays, direct-attached storage, and enterprise SAS, SATA and fibre channel drives — including refurbished and spares-grade drives for maintaining older estates where the original part is no longer manufactured.
Licensing and management. Microsoft Windows Server Reseller Option Kits and CALs supplied against HPE hardware, plus HPE management and support subscriptions.
HPE GreenLake. We resell HPE GreenLake, so infrastructure can be taken as a consumption service rather than a capital purchase. That matters where the budget sits in opex rather than capex, or where capacity has to scale without running a procurement cycle each time. GreenLake is scoped against a workload rather than ordered as a part number — tell us the requirement and we will size and quote it.

Buying HPE through a business account
Registered commercial account holders receive preferential pricing rather than list. A named account manager can quote against a server or networking specification, hold pricing through an approval cycle, and phase delivery to match an installation window rather than dumping a rack of equipment on site three weeks early.

Public sector and education buyers
EuroBusiness Products is a supplier on the Low Value Purchase System (RM6237), the dynamic purchasing system operated by the UK Government Commercial Agency, formerly Crown Commercial Service. RM6237 is open to all UK public sector bodies and their associated agencies, and covers low-value, uncomplicated common goods and services within the thresholds set by Procurement Policy Note 11/23.
Note that RM6237 is scoped to low-value purchases. Larger infrastructure programmes will normally sit outside it, and we can quote those directly.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment and delivered within 3–5 working days anywhere in the UK on a tracked courier service. Serial numbers are recorded at dispatch, which matters for support entitlement checks as well as asset registers. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 07:00–20:00, excluding bank holidays. A £25 surcharge applies to postcodes couriers classify as hard-to-reach, and we will contact you before applying it.
Configure-to-order builds take 7–10 working days. ProLiant builds are built to a specification rather than held in stock, so allow 7–10 working days from order against the 3–5 for stocked lines. We confirm the date when we quote.
Warranty and support
All hardware is supplied with the manufacturer's warranty — a minimum of 12 months, and longer on ranges where the manufacturer provides it. Ask us for the term on a specific line and we will confirm it before you order.
We handle the RMA process ourselves. If something fails in warranty, you raise it with us and we manage the return and replacement through the manufacturer or distributor. You are not handed a case number and sent to a vendor helpdesk to chase it yourself, which on a deployed fleet or a server in production is the part that actually costs time.
Extended cover is available. We supply HPE Tech Care and Pointnext support, so support can be extended beyond the standard term and matched to a refresh cycle. Ask for it to be quoted alongside the hardware rather than afterwards.
