EuroBusiness Products is an authorised Cisco partner supplying Cisco networking and communications hardware to UK businesses, public sector bodies and third sector organisations. We source through authorised distributor channels, so Catalyst switching, Cisco Business networking and IP telephony arrive with full manufacturer provenance and standard Cisco warranty entitlement.

What we supply
Catalyst switching. Managed switching for campus access and distribution, including PoE and PoE+ models for powering IP phones, wireless access points and IP cameras from the switch rather than running separate power to each device.
Cisco Business networking. The CBS range for smaller sites and branch offices, where full Catalyst capability is more than the site needs — a common fit for multi-site organisations standardising on one vendor without over-specifying every location.
IP telephony. Cisco IP phones for desk deployment, along with handsets, power adapters and mounting accessories.
Optics, cabling and accessories. SFP and SFP+ transceivers, direct-attach copper, console and rollover cables, rack accessories and mounting hardware. These are usually what is missing on the day of an install, and they are the reason a switch order becomes a switch deployment.

Cisco Meraki, Secure Firewall and Webex are supplied to order. These are not listed on the site, but we supply the full ranges through authorised distribution:
- Cisco Meraki — MS switching, MR wireless access points, MX security appliances and the cloud-managed licensing that goes with them.
- Cisco Secure Firewall — next-generation firewall appliances for perimeter and internal segmentation.
- Webex devices — room systems, desk devices and video conferencing endpoints.
Send us the PID or a requirement and we will quote it, including the licence subscription term where the product needs one.
Licensing is registered to your own Cisco Smart Account. Smart licences are registered to the customer's Smart Account on delivery, not held in ours. You own the entitlement, you can see it in your own account, and it stays with you if you ever move supplier. Give us the Smart Account details with the order and we will register against them.
Buying Cisco through a business account
Registered commercial account holders receive preferential pricing rather than list. A named account manager can quote against a network specification — including the optics and cabling that get omitted from most quotes — and hold pricing through an approval cycle.
Trade pricing and business accounts are available to UK organisations.
Public sector and education buyers
EuroBusiness Products is a supplier on the Low Value Purchase System (RM6237), the dynamic purchasing system operated by the UK Government Commercial Agency, formerly Crown Commercial Service. RM6237 is open to all UK public sector bodies and their associated agencies, and covers low-value, uncomplicated common goods and services within the thresholds set by Procurement Policy Note 11/23.
Access switches, transceivers and IP phones sit comfortably within that scope. Larger network refresh programmes will normally fall outside RM6237 thresholds, and we can quote those directly.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment and delivered within 3–5 working days anywhere in the UK on a tracked courier service. Serial numbers are recorded at dispatch, which matters for Cisco support entitlement and smart licensing as well as for asset registers. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 07:00–20:00, excluding bank holidays. A £25 surcharge applies to postcodes couriers classify as hard-to-reach, and we will contact you before applying it.
Warranty and support
All hardware is supplied with the manufacturer's warranty — a minimum of 12 months, and longer on ranges where the manufacturer provides it. Ask us for the term on a specific line and we will confirm it before you order.
We handle the RMA process ourselves. If something fails in warranty, you raise it with us and we manage the return and replacement through the manufacturer or distributor. You are not handed a case number and sent to a vendor helpdesk to chase it yourself, which on a deployed fleet or a server in production is the part that actually costs time.
Extended cover is available. We supply Cisco SMARTnet and Smart Net Total Care, so support can be extended beyond the standard term and matched to a refresh cycle. Ask for it to be quoted alongside the hardware rather than afterwards.
