The splitter is also backward compatible with previous HDMITM revisions, accommodating devices with 1080p and 720p HDMITM video resolutions. Even if you don't need 4K video today, the HDMITM 4K Splitter 1x8 ensures you are prepared for future display technology advancements. It features three EDID modes—auto, copy, and downscaler—to meet the requirements of different display situations.
