The use of LC fibre between the transmitter and receiver provides a reliable, lower cost connection for much longer distances that what is possible over copper cabling, great for use in electronically andldquo;noisyandrdquo; environments such as factory shop floors or medical installations.
With the ability to extend signals up to 300m using the two included units, the transmitter can be easily connected to a variety of HDMI source devices such as PCs and laptops in a more convenient location, while the receiver can be placed in a suitable viewing area with a LFD (large format display), monitor or projector, ensuring there is no distraction from the display from bulky source devices. Featuring bi-directional IR ports at both sides of the setup, the source equipment can be seamlessly controlled from the display side, and the display can also be controlled from the HDMI source device.
